Female founded and family-run, their small business says yes to beef jerky with big flavor and no to nitrates and artificial ingredients.

Ingredients: Beef, Soy, Pepper, Salt, Onion, Garlic, Apple Vinegar, Water, Brown Sugar, Molasses, Tamarind, Ginger *We use premium and responsibly sourced beef from two reputable farms in Illinois. Currently our beef comes from Slagel Family Farm (Fairbury, Illinois)
