The Virgo Moon kitchen is located in a small town in Maine - right next to the garden where many of the herbs are grown and a mile away from the berry farm & bee hives where the berries, peaches & honey are sourced. Local and seasonal ingredients are extremely important to us. We grow, harvest and pick as much as we can during the summer months and store all ingredients with care - once we're out of something, we're out of it until the next harvest! Each recipe was formulated over years by the owner & operator, Jilly, a biologist, herbalist & astrologer who draws inspiration from 19th century apothecaries and drugstore soda fountains - back when the remedies were preserved in sugar - it is true that a spoonful of sugar helps the medicine go down!
